Basic Clean:
Kitchen: Top and outside of the refrigerator, inside/outside of microwave, stove top
and wipe down the outside of the oven door. Clean the entire counter top, moving
and lifting small appliances and decor. Wipe the outside of the dishwasher door,
clean the sink, shine chrome, spot clean all cabinets, sweep and mop.
Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect the toilet, including the base. Clean all showers,
tubs, sinks, entire counter tops, polish mirrors and chrome, sweep and mop.
All Rooms: * Dust all furniture and decor, dust all mini blinds, ceiling fans, hanging
light fixtures, window sills, vacuum and sweep and mop. *Excludes any expensive
collectibles, such as in a china hutch/cabinet, due to liability of the items.*
Additional Services included in the Basic Clean price:
Make beds or change bed linen, please leave clean linen on each bed.
Change towels in bathrooms and kitchen, please leave clean towels on counter tops.
Remove trash from all trash cans and take out to main trashcan, please leave trash
bags out if you would like each can relined.
If you have a storm door or patio door or both, choose one that you would like
cleaned on each visit.
